Hello - I'm Carmen.
I came up with this story idea during the course of January - February of 2020. It has a few inspirational elements to it: inspired by a bit of Gossip Girl, tiny bits of 'Fire and Blood' by George R. R. Martin, bits and bobs of 'The Little Friend' by Donna Tartt; and a splash of Taylor Swift.
This story has a bit of a 'glamorous world' feel to it; and you'll see tiny little glimpses of what the story is going to be as you go through these short blog posts that are going to consist of journal entries from Comfy Knits and Cats, as well as newspaper articles from various sources giving you a glimpse into the lives of some of the characters that you'll meet in the story. It'll also be giving some backstory to the characters as well, including how some characters met.
Comfy Knits and Cats might be one of those characters that you love to hate - or you might even be able to relate to her. One of my goals for this particular writing project is to create a different way of interacting with blogging/writing/books.
I'm part of the Trend Fam; even though Comfy Knits might not be a character that I like all the time. She's the one who dictates things - so these posts are going to go up as she sees fit.
I hope you will join me on this journey and become a Trend Fam member and discover the new story that's being developed and curated - there's most likely going to be a lot of intrigue.
